Mr. Cheng Kwek Loong started the Little Dragons International School in the Rachaphruek Rama 5 area due to rising demographics. He was the former Executive Vice Dean of Raffles Design Institute in Bangkok who started the school in 2001. Before leaving Raffles Design Institute, the school had a full time faculty of 14 academic staff and more than 300 students enrolled in the various design and business programs.
Mr. Cheng holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Financial Analysis from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a Master of Business Administration majoring in Marketing and Finance from SASIN, Chualalongkorn University in Thailand .
He is married with four daughters and speaks Thai fluently.

Ms. On-Ann is a passionate and experienced teacher. She has taken an undergraduate study at the Faculty of Fine & Applied Arts, majoring in Dramatic Arts at Thammasat University in 1998. She obtained her B.A (Early Childhood Education) with 2 nd class honours from the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University in 2003 and an M.A. in Educational Studies, majoring in Educational Management from Curtin University of Technology, Perth , Australia in 2004.
On-Ann has worked as a Thai teacher at KIS International School for 1 year. She has taught English to pre-kindergarten students in a bilingual school and became the Head English Teacher. She believes that every child has the readiness to learn. It is the teacher's responsibility to understand the needs of each student and to create a suitable environment for happy learning.
Curriculum Advisor
Ms. Frances completed her teacher training from the University of Waikato, New Zealand in 1994 and worked in Napier and Auckland , New Zealand in junior Primary classes before coming to Thailand in 2000. She worked as the Assistant Director for Kindergarten at a progressive, high quality, private bilingual school in Khon Kaen setting up, developing and running a successful Kindergarten for eight years.

Ajarn Wiriyah graduated with an Engineering degree and a MBA from Chiangmai University and has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education Leadership from Rushmore University, USA.
As a prolific speaker on the topics of education, he has guest lectured and given speeches to parents and bureaucrats.

Suchada has worked at senior levels in investment banking, customer services, marketing and human resource. She has a B.B.A from Thammasat University and MBA from SASIN. At the same time, she is a Certified Facilitator LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ , Certified Trainer of Accelerated Learning Techniques, and Licensed Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming on top of other certificates and various exchange programs. Homeroom Teacher / Playgroup Teacher
Ms. Sarah graduated from Lancaster University with a 2:1 B.A. degree in Applied Social Sciences. After graduating, Sarah took her TEFL qualification and worked for a year as a nurse for people who were paralyzed from the neck down.
Sarah started her career as a teacher in 2004 in South Korea teaching Kindergarten level all the way through to advanced business English. After a year in South Korea , Sarah relocated to Surat Thani, Thailand and took up the job as the Drama and Theatre Arts teacher in Rong Rien Surat Thani English Program.
During her time at Little Dragons, Sarah plans to take Open University qualifications in Early Childhood and Foundation Stage.

Ms. Mandy is a vibrant and energetic teacher who has eight years of teaching experience in Singapore . She has just completed her studies in Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies under the University of Melbourne and has had a Diploma in Preschool Education for Teaching and Leadership since 2003. She has taught music to schools for two years before entering Early Childhood. Mandy believes that each child is unique and has potential in learning. With proper guidance, each child will achieve to their fullest.

Ms. Meaw obtained her B.A (Early Childhood Education) from the Faculty of Education, Rajabhat Rajanagarindra University in 2004. She has taught in bilingual school for more than 5 years and was appointed to develop the Thai curriculum for K1 and K2 of Pleng Prasit Sailom Kindergarten. She was also the head of K1 Thai teachers.

Ms. Phean completed her B.A. (Early Childhood Education) from the Faculty of Education, Phranakhon Rajabhat University in 1997. She has been teaching in kindergarten for more than 10 years. She was the Head Academic Teacher for K1- K3 at Pleng Prasit Sailom Kindergarten.

Ms. Mai obtained her Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education with 2 nd class Honors from Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University in 2006. Mai has teacher training from Samsen School for 6 months. She managed her classroom by using the Project Approach to provide experiences for children to support them in their quest for understanding and to involve playing into child's learning .
